  When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get several e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Bless you!

  First of all I want to say great blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I have had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
