  Hi, i read your blog from time to time and i own a similar one and i was just curious if you get a lot of spam remarks? If so how do you reduce it, any plugin or anything you can suggest? I get so much lately it's driving me crazy so any assistance is very much appreciated.

  One thing I've noticed is the fact there are plenty of myths regarding the banking companies intentions if talking about property foreclosure. One fantasy in particular is the fact the bank prefers to have your house. The lending company wants your hard earned dollars, not your property.
